Privacy Policy – Social Media Management App

Overview

This application is used exclusively by Greystanes Family Dental for managing social media content on our Facebook Page and Instagram Business Account.

Information Collection and Use

This application does not collect, store, or process any personal information from end users. The app is used solely by authorized administrators of Greystanes Family Dental to manage our own business social media accounts.

Facebook & Instagram Permissions

Our app requests the following permissions from Meta:

pages_manage_posts

Used to create and publish posts on the Greystanes Family Dental Facebook Page (Page ID: 102030792153519). This permission allows our authorized staff to automate social media content publishing.

pages_read_engagement

Used to read engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares) on our Facebook Page posts for analytics purposes.

instagram_content_publish

Used to publish content to our Instagram Business Account (@greystanesfamilydental, Account ID: 17841448128240129).

Data Usage

• All API access is limited to managing Greystanes Family Dental’s owned social media accounts
• No third-party data collection occurs
• No user data is stored or shared with external services
• Posts are created only by authorized practice administrators

Data Storage

The app stores:

• API access tokens (securely stored locally)
• Post metadata for our own published content

We do NOT store:

• Patient information
• User personal data
• Third-party social media data

Third-Party Services

This app uses:

• Meta Graph API: For posting to Facebook and Instagram
• ImgBB API: For temporary image hosting during post creation

Security

Access tokens are stored securely on local systems with restricted file permissions (chmod 600). Only authorized practice administrators have access to the application.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
